What we collect, and what we do with it

The audit form
Eight fields, and why each one is there
When you request a free audit we ask for your business name, what you do, your city, your name, a phone number or an email, your website if you have one, and what people call you asking for.
All of it is used for one thing: running the audit and getting the results back to you. The city and the "what people ask for" answer are what let us pick questions a real customer would actually type. The phone or email is how we send you the screenshots.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Where it goes
Stored in one database, in the United States
Submissions are stored in our own database hosted by Supabase, on servers in the western United States. The site itself is hosted by Netlify. Those two companies process the data on our behalf as part of running the service; neither is given it for their own purposes.
Only people working on Monsoons can read submissions. The website itself cannot read them back — it can only add one — which is enforced by database rules rather than by trust.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
How long
Deleted on request, and cleared out when it goes stale
If you become a client, we keep your business details for as long as we are working together, plus whatever we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes afterwards.
If you asked for an audit and nothing came of it, we clear the submission out once it is clearly no longer live.
You can have it deleted at any point. Call or text 480-289-1294 and say so. You do not need to give a reason, and we will confirm when it is done.
Coverage we publish
What becomes public is your call
The work involves publishing factual coverage of your business on other websites. Everything in it comes from you, you approve the facts before anything goes out, and you approve the draft.
Published coverage is public and, by design, hard to remove — that permanence is the point of the entity layer we describe on the home page. We will tell you that before we publish, not after.
We will not name you as a client, or use your business in a case study, without asking first.
