## What we do

We publish factual written coverage of a client's business across news and industry
sites, build out their Google Business Profile, and make their business information
consistent everywhere an answer engine checks. Then we measure whether the engines
started naming them, using ten fresh runs per question across three platforms.

## Who we serve

Restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, salons and barbers, nail salons, med spas,
dentists, chiropractors, gyms, auto repair, boutiques and other storefront businesses
in East Valley strip malls and plazas. Also home service trades: junk removal, turf
and landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage doors, pest control and
pool service.

## Packages and how payment works

- Audit: free. Five questions run across three answer engines, with screenshots.
- Get you in the answer: written coverage published across news and industry sites,
  business details made consistent everywhere answer engines check, five agreed
  questions measured, and a before-and-after report the client keeps.
- Google Business Profile setup: full buildout including services, hours, service
  area, photos, the questions section, and automated review requests.
- New website: designed, fast on mobile, structured so answer engines read it
  correctly. The client owns it outright.
- Ongoing coverage and measurement: monthly, cancel any month.

Packages are quoted after the free audit, because scope depends on what the audit
finds. A 25 percent deposit starts the work and covers hard costs. The remaining
balance is owed only once the business is actually appearing in answer engine
results, by a standard agreed in writing before work begins.

## The guarantee

The balance is owed when three of five agreed questions show the client's business
cited or recommended in at least five of ten fresh runs, on at least two of three
named answer engines, within thirty days. A miss means a second campaign at our cost.
A second miss means the balance is refunded.

## What we do not claim

We do not promise first place, because answer engines do not return ranked lists. We
do not promise permanence. We do not promise inclusion in model training data. We do
not guarantee a number of leads or a revenue figure. We guarantee citation in answers.
